Insurance max limits:
Third Party Insurance – 10000 USD
Passenger Insurance: Maximum 2000 USD per passenger (fully limited to 10000 USD).
Should an accident or any new damage occur to the car the driver must follow the below-mentioned instruction (even if the renter has a full insurance package)

1. STOP the car and do not move it from the accident place;
2. CALL the police at 112;
3. CALL the Insurance company at 032 2949949;

 In the event of car damage not resulting from a traffic collision, the driver must notify the company’s representative immediately and follow the given instructions.

In the event of a car accident, the driver is obligated to stop the car at the scene of the accident and immediately inform the police and company representative. Until the arrival of the police, it is forbidden to move the car for any reason. No insurance policies cover the costs of interior damage, personal item loss, improper refueling, loss or damage to the vehicle registration plate, car registration certificate, key, or supplementary services WIFI hotspot, child seat, and so on).

The renter is informed that:

1. Driving Off-road is forbidden. Driving to OMALO, and SHATILI is forbidden. Breach of this point will cause a penalty fee of 500 USD plus full responsibility for the damage.
2. If the driver returns the car earlier or later than specified in the initial reservation, the driver must contact us at least 2 hours in advance (otherwise, Rent N Drive is not responsible for the rental agent’s delay).
3. It is preferable to return the car in a clean condition to inspect the car on return and make sure that there is no new damage. Otherwise, lessee reserves the right to inspect the vehicle for 24 hours report possible damages. If it is necessary to dry clean interior of the vehicle – additional fee will be applied.
4. The Renter agrees to bear full responsibility for any traffic violations and other penalties incurred during the rental period. Rent N Drive reserves the right, without the customer’s prior agreement, to take the fine amount from the customer’s security deposit, plus 18% VAT and a processing fee of $5 USD for each fine.
5. Smoking in the car is forbidden. Fine 100 USD
6. If the car is not returned with the same level of tank as when it was picked up, the charge for per liter is defined as 2 USD+ $10 for service fueling.
7. If the police refuse to accept a driver’s license for whatever reason, which leads to the client’s car being taken away or the firm receiving a fine, the customer bears full financial responsibility.
8. If the renter is liable for car accident and the patrol police finds the renter at fault, the renter is liable to pay Penalty fee issued by the patrol police GEL 250. The insurance company does not cover the mentioned fee regardless the protection coverage.
9. If the car is impounded or towed because the renter parked it in an illegal space (handicapped parking, no parking zones, etc.), the renter is entirely responsible for the release expenses. In this case, the Lessor is not obligated to supply an alternative vehicle.”
10. Company is not responsible for any personal belongings left in the vehicle.

If any of the above-mentioned instructions are not fulfilled, the renter remains fully responsible for car containment or for any damages caused to the vehicle.
