Cancelation Policy 

Standard cancelation policy

·          In the event of a reservation cancellation prior to vehicle pick-up, the company will retain 20% of   the total reservation amount

·         The amount is returned to the same card with which the payment was made.

·         Refund period –  3 (three) working days.

·         In Case of early return of the already picked up car, the paid fee isn’t refunded

 

LONG-TERM  CANCELATION POLICY (30+ days)

              ·         Full refund up to 30 days before pick-up. After that, the first 30 days of the booking are non-refundable.
